Super bien placé, le personnel est très professionnel et la chambre très propre.  Nous avons également demandé un check-out tardif qui a été accepté car personne n’attendait la chambre. N’hésitez pas à prévenir quelques jours avant votre départ. Le lit et les coussins sont super moelleux donc très confortable pour ma part.  Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages avant le check-in et après le check-out.

역과는 도보 10분 정도입니다. 체크인시 8층이라길래 좋아했는데 지하로 가길래 강력하게 거절(?)했어요, 바로 2층(건너편 건물로 안내 받았습니다) 계단이 많아요.... 체크인할때는 직원이 옮겨줬으나, 체크아웃시 힘들었어요. 딱 필요한거 갖췄고, 싱글룸기준 24인치 캐리어 펼 공간은 됩니다 뭔가 깨끗한데 먼지쌓인 느낌...? 오래사용안한객실 느낌... 그냥1박정도라 만족합니다 짐들어준 인도인 직원이 너무 친절했네요!

The hotel is very nicely situated, close to 3 stations. The room was spacious and comfy. The only minus was that i found a curly hair in the kettle, but we don’t use hotel kettles so it’s fine.

Overall good quality hotel. I had the basement room which was a bit disappointing, and you can hear all of the sewage and water pipes of the rooms above. Overall clean and good service.

The area is quite strange and the rooms are super small (I guess the length of the bed is only 190 cm!), but it's okay if you're traveling to Luton. We were placed in a room on the ground floor that was really close to the ventilation system. As I am a light sleeper, the noise was quite disturbing. I indicated my preference for an upper-floor room and quit room when booking, but they probably didn't care much about that. The hotel wasn't too crowded, though.

The location is fantastic but the cleanliness of the hotel could have been improved. I found a hair in my bed and it just felt very outdated. I went to reception and they changed my room immediately, however to a bed that was smaller so was a downgrade which was disappointing If you’re just wanting somewhere to sleep in a central location, this place is good. I’m sure my experience was just unlucky, and I must say the staff were lovely

Отличный отель для одного или двух гостей чтобы переночевать после экскурсий и прогулок! Приветливый персонал, стойка регистрации 24/7, чистота и приятные мелочи сделали наш отдых после пешеходных прогулок спокойным. Чистота в ванной и комнате поддерживалась на должном уровне! Чай и кофе, а также вода и печенья - вкусно В номере есть сейф, холодильник, чайник, фен, микроволновая печь, и рядом доступны метро и магазин Tesco!

The place was in a great location and clean. The only problem was the room next door. They were loud until 2-3 am every day they were there (3 out of my 5 nights there), and there wasn’t much the staff could do about it. Apparently they were partying in there and even though staff asked to keep it down, they didn’t comply.
